Maya was the 2024 Sarah Siddons Scholarship Recipient for Columbia College Chicago’s Musical Theatre department, and was awarded alongside the 2024 Sarah Siddons Society Awardee, Kelli O’Hara!

2024 Boom Chicago Comedy Festival

Maya traveled to Amsterdam to peform at the 2024 Boom Chicago Comedy Festival with the nearly 30 year old sketch group, Stir Friday Night, for the festival’s “Best of Chicago Improv” showcase.

The festival featured performances from other notable comedians from around the world such as Seth Meyers and Brendan Hunt

Disneyland All-American College Band

Maya is a member of the 2022 Disneyland All-American College band, and performs May through August, 5 days a week, at the Disneyland Resort.
